Kalisan has been a company engaged in balloon manufacturing at the AOSB Organized Industrial Zone in İzmir since 1996. We continue our work with all our effort to become a preferred brand in the Turkish market and in international markets, and to ensure that consumers rank our products among the very best. In the near future, we will keep increasing our variety with alternative colors, sizes and product groups, continue to expand our product range, and keep standing out with our innovative products.
Our Approach to Partnerships
All products offered in the latex balloon group are manufactured by our company. In the foil balloon group, we connect with the sector’s leading manufacturers and include only quality products and brands in our inventory. In the decor and number group we offer products of Spanish origin, and in the letter group products of Italian origin. Every color, every size and every pattern is individually tested by accredited bodies before being placed on the market. Because of our working concept, our partnership approach and the direction we aim for in product quality, we make no claim to have the lowest price.
Wholesale Order Management
We have prepared a B2B platform for wholesalers operating in our field of production who sell our products wholesale or retail, and for practitioners who use them at events. It presents special prices transparently according to purchase quantity, aims at fast trade, allows the products in our inventory to be ordered quickly, and can be used only by commercial users approved by our company.
Who Can Join
Kalisan Panel is a B2B platform that can be used only by commercial users operating in a field related to our sector. Wholesalers, party supply shops, entrepreneurs who sell through their own websites and marketplaces, and all event businesses, large and small, can benefit from the system.
Terms & Conditions
- Wholesale orders will be handled online through the dealer panel; the system will operate at panel.kalisan.com.tr.
- Participation is by the automatic inclusion of our existing customers and on a membership basis.
- Only wholesalers, agencies and party supply shops operating in a field related to our sector can benefit.
- Membership is subject to company approval, and only users approved by our company are added to the system.
- Membership approval and panel activation are carried out on business days only and take 1-2 business days on average.
- New members who do not place an order within 7 days of their first membership have their memberships automatically terminated and are not added to the system again. This condition does not apply to our former customers and to the customers we have included automatically.
- Although tiered pricing is applied, orders must be “wholesale” in nature. For boutique orders, the order is cancelled with a refund and the customer is directed to our website for shopping.
- After membership, the membership of users who have no active purchases is automatically terminated.
- Franchising companies operating in the sector cannot use the system; due to their contracts and our business philosophy, they need to contact their main dealers.
- Our existing customers may have been included in the system automatically; in this case you will receive a notice that your email address is registered. Login details will be shared once the panel is opened.

There are two ways to join our system.
- If you are not registered with our company and you believe you meet the membership requirements, you can sign up at panel.kalisan.com.tr and wait for your request to be approved.
- If you have made a purchase from our company in the last 14 months and you are registered, you can also proceed without signing up. You can request to join by writing to the email address on the Contact page and stating that you wish to use the dealer panel. Be sure to include your email and phone details.
